Most of the buildings residences at Walkers Bank  "wanted repaired" and "wanted painted" at the time of this survey.  It would be interesting to compare these with units in other areas of the "Hagley Yard" that the DuPont Co. had not leased out to other companies.  It's also not obvious (to me) whether the units were primarily occupied by Walker's Mill workers, or employees from the Lower Yard powder works, or mills up and down the other side of the river which were accessible via the covered bridge to Rising Sun Lane.
